doggso automatically creates invoices for all enrollments, orders and bookings. If the school only allows online payments, this can be defined in the invoice text. When the payment is completed, the automatically generated invoice also doubles as a receipt, because the status of the payment is shown in the invoice.

Even though it is possible to “hide” doggso’s invoice capability completely from users, we do not recommend it. Some customers demand invoices or receipts for purchases and then the school administrator needs to download the invoice in PDF format and send it to the user's email address, which requires extra steps. (Payment services such as VismaPay or Paytrail also send an automatic message to confirm the payment, but that does not qualify as a receipt).
